By now you’re all receiving notices from various suppliers and organisations about what they are doing and if and for how long they are open. Currently, Pelco is open for orders and limited personal visits. Please call ahead of time if possible. We are taking all the measures we can to ensure a healthy environment at our facility. Shipping is being done daily and we are receiving incoming parts shipments.

Upon speaking with a number of car wash owners, most are still operating, while a few have decided to shut down for now. Whether you stay open or shut down, please take extra care to see your money is not sitting in the meter-boxes any longer than necessary. Reports we are receiving from car wash owners vary, but most are saying while business is not what it should be right now, it is not too bad.

During this period, it is a good time to take care of some of those projects you may have been putting off for one reason or another. If your equipment room is showing signs of used spare parts overload, this may be a good chance to try some out to see if they are still working or need to be tossed. Remember, things like coin acceptors, timers, pumps, and motors may be repairable. Give us a call to arrange to have us check them for you. After all, a spare part is worth nothing if it can’t do the job when you need it. The meter-box is another area that seems to suffer from neglect. Go through and clean up any wiring issues now while you have the time to do it.
